  • I specialize Strength, Conditioning, Hypertrophic and Corrective Training.

  • I have a Bachelors of Science from King's College PA. I have a certifications in CES and CPT.

  • My favorite workout is Resistance Training and Push/Pull/Legs Split.

  • In my free time, I enjoy fishing, watching movies, and eating good food.
