The Heroes rate of $55 a month is for first responders, military, teachers, and medical professionals such as doctors, nurses and PAs. Official documentation is required at sign-up. Seniors 65 and over receive the same $55 rate with proof of age.
A one-time $50 enrollment fee applies to new memberships. It drops to $25 with the Kickstart bundle or when you add VIVE Arena Unlimited, and it is waived entirely when you add any personal training pack at joining.
Yes. Youth memberships for ages 13 to 17 are $35 a month. Ages 13 to 15 join as an add-on to a parent or guardian's account, and ages 16 to 17 can hold their own membership with parental consent.
VIVE is a premium club in the Active & Fit network, and we welcome Optum Renew Active and One Pass members. Bring your fitness ID to the service desk and we'll verify your eligibility in minutes.
